Vogel Coffee
We often get asked what Vogel means. Vogel means bird, specifically a barn swallow in many other languages. Personally and professionally, community and relationships are at the core of who we are. So when trying to decide what to name our business, we came across the symbolism of the swallow. Which is just that, Community and strong relationships. Vogel was inspired by our love for coffee, community and bringing people together. We love our community and are excited to provide an atmosphere for people to gather, and enjoy the best coffee in Central IL.

To highlight that excellence, these deliciously complex coffees are roasted on their American made Loring Kestrel 35k. This state of the art roaster allows them to monitor and control every aspect of the roasting process, ensuring they produce sweet, clean and transparent coffees. It is also the most eco-friendly roasting machine on the market.
